- Family: The Alliance recognizes that the institution of family is of divine origin and purpose. According to Scripture God intended the family as the essential environment for children. Parents uniquely provide provision, protection and nurture in the family unit. The best place for a child is to be safely intact in their biological family. When that is not possible, then the goal is for that child to be connected to a loving, nurturing, permanent family.

- Children: The Alliance recognizes that children, from every background, race, or heritage, including preborn children, are blessings from God and deserving of love, protection, and support. It is the Alliance’s belief that children function best when raised within the context of family.
4; Colossians 3:18-21
- Professionals: The Alliance recognizes that there are countless professional men and women in the world who devote themselves to helping families foster and adopt children. It is further held that God routinely works through human agency to accomplish heavenly goals and The Alliance tirelessly seeks to connect God’s servants with those in need.

- Foster Care and Adoption: The Alliance recognizes that God has set the ultimate example of spiritual foster care and adoption by his deep desire to be in relationship with human beings through faith in Jesus Christ who is the one and only divine Son of God. In a similar way, the Alliance seeks to reflect God’s love and grace by helping facilitate the physical care and adoption for children without a family.
